Job description

Job Responsibility

  • Handle calls, live chats & emails on inquiries, feedback & complaints.
  • Provide accurate info and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work with team to achieve KPIs & SLAs.
  • Keep proper records & escalate complex issues when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Completed SPM or equivalent.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
  • Good communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems.
  • Willing to work on shift rotations / weekends / public holidays (if applicable).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
