Job description
Job Responsibility
Handle calls, live chats & emails on inquiries, feedback & complaints.
Provide accurate info and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work with team to achieve KPIs & SLAs.
Keep proper records & escalate complex issues when needed.
Job Requirements
Completed SPM or equivalent.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
Good communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Strong computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems.
Willing to work on shift rotations / weekends / public holidays (if applicable).
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
