Job description

Responsibilities :

To assist and coordinate in all work including assembly, installation, support, maintenance, reparations, and delivery of related products or projects.
On-site support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues with any software or hardware system.
Ensure safety, tidiness, and cleanliness of the work environment.
Ensure tools and equipment are well kept and in good operational condition.
Produce timely and detailed service reports such as installation form, job sheet form, and summary report.
Ready for on-call duty after working hours.
Ensure all work orders are executed and completed on time.
Keep abreast of advancements and attend workshops or training as required.
To perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior or management.

Skills / Experience

Diploma or certificate in Engineering or related field

1-3 years of experience in onsite installation, repair, soldering or related field

Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : From RM2,200.00 per month
