Manufacturing Specialist(Production Operator)

Your Responsibilities

• Follow the EHS requirement.
• Complete the production tasks according to the requirements.
• Abide SOP and Operation instructions, and assist the maintenance department.
• Safekeeping the material, including the chemical, raw material, consumables and the semi-manufactured.
• Strictly follow CP and Basis data to control production. Be able to feedback as soon as deviation is found, so that scrap quantity can be decreased.
• Find the potential problem and feedback to supervisors for continuous improvement.
• Fill in the relevant production record according to requirement.
• Based on the sequence arranged by PPC and MES to produce and reduce time waste.
• Participate in shift meeting to know the equipment status and production arrangement, involve the process quality and yield status.
• Observe the company policy of labour and process consciously.
• Attend all the trainings related to the operation and production (example : process, safety, quality and environment).
• Follow the 5S standard to keep the environment of the working area cleaning.
• Other job assignment from superior.
