Area Manager – Anytime Fitness Gym

Requirements

As the Area Manager for Anytime Fitness, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple gym locations across the Klang Valley. Your mission is to ensure operational excellence and consistent delivery of KPIs – including membership growth, team performance, brand standard adherence, and financial results.

You will lead a team of Club Managers and frontline staff, focusing on talent development, successful club launches, exceptional member experience, and overall profitability.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities & Requirement

• Lead and oversee daily operations across multiple club locations
• Drive pre-sales campaigns to achieve target members before each club launch
• Recruit, train, and manage sales consultants and fitness coaches across locations
• Address operational issues, including equipment breakdowns, system downtimes, and customer concerns
• Maintain consistency in SOPs, service levels, and brand standards across all branches
• Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports to HQ
• Develop and implement regional growth plans in collaboration with HQ
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
• Problem-solving mindset and results-driven
