Job Title : Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) Solution Architect

Location : Remote (within Malaysia)

Project Start : Immediate

Go-Live Target : 1st July 2026

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Business Central Solution Architect who can lead the assessment, solution design, and implementation of a major BC transformation project.

This is a remote role within Malaysia , requiring close collaboration with India-based delivery teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead assessment, solution design, and architecture definition for D365 Business Central.
• Engage with business stakeholders to capture requirements and design the future-state solution blueprint.
• Design solutions that comply with Malaysia tax laws, e-invoicing requirements, and regulatory reporting standards.
• Guide and coordinate offshore (India) functional & technical teams to ensure aligned delivery.
• Perform design reviews, gap analysis, and ensure best practices across all solution components.
• Oversee configuration, integration architecture, testing processes, and deployment readiness.
• Lead workshops, SIT, UAT, data migration planning, and cutover activities.
• Ensure the project adheres to the Go-Live deadline of 1st July 2026.
• Serve as the primary functional and architectural point of contact for project stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

1. Strong D365 BC Functional Architect (Finance-Heavy)

Candidates must demonstrate deep functional expertise with BC Finance and Malaysia localization, including :
