Company Overview
We are a precision-driven optical transceiver manufacturing company seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Assistant to support our production and logistics operations. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth flow of components and finished goods across departments while maintaining compliance with cleanroom and ESD standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of optical components and modules
- Label, store, and retrieve items according to cleanroom and ESD-safe protocols
- Pick and pack materials for production and outbound delivery with high accuracy
- Maintain inventory records using Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Assist in cycle counts, stock audits, and discrepancy resolution
- Coordinate with production, QA, and logistics teams to ensure timely material flow
- Uphold ISO 9001 and internal SOP compliance in all warehouse activities
- Support warehouse cleanliness, safety, and equipment upkeep
