Novugen is embarking on a transformative journey by establishing a dedicated Digital Marketing function aimed at enhancing our brand presence, fostering meaningful engagement with the HCPs, and positioning ourselves as a digital leader in the pharmaceutical space. This role will be instrumental in driving Novugen’s social media advocacy, developing engaging content strategies, supporting disease awareness campaigns aligned to Novugen’s Strategic Portfolio, and enabling our commercial team to build strong, digital-first relationships with HCPs. The role will also serve as a digital face of Novugen at key industry events and conferences. As Novugen expands its global footprint, this role will evolve into a Digital Engagement Center of Excellence, offering strategic direction, knowledge transfer, and operational support to regional markets. The incumbent will play a critical role in replicating digital success models and standardizing best practices across Novugen’s international presence. Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage Novugen’s official social media handles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). Collaborate with internal stakeholders (commercial, medical, market access) to curate and repurpose scientific, product, and thought leadership content. Onboard HCPs as digital brand advocates for Novugen, enabling co-creation of content (interviews, blogs, reels, etc.). Own the digital expression of Novugen’s brand across platforms. Support corporate branding initiatives across digital, events, and stakeholder-facing media. Represent Novugen at scientific congresses, medical conferences, and digital events. Serve as the centre of excellence (CoE) for digital marketing, enabling knowledge sharing and best practices across regions. Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, HCP behaviour changes, and platform evolution to continuously innovate engagement strategies. Pilot new formats (podcasts, virtual CME webinars, micro-influencers) that enhance Novugen’s digital leadership. Ensure digital activities adhere to industry regulations (MOPI, NPRA, etc.) and internal compliance protocols. Regularly report performance and insights; refine strategies based on analytics. About you Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in healthcare / pharma / life sciences. Proven experience in managing social media, content strategy, and influencer engagement. Familiarity with healthcare regulations for digital marketing and content compliance. Creative thinker with excellent content development and storytelling skills. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with medical professionals and internal teams. Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.). Passion for healthcare and purpose-driven digital communication.
