About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Office / Retail Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time member of our administrative staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of our retail stores and head office.
What you'll be doing
- Providing administrative support to the retail and head office teams, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing schedules and calendars
- Assisting with the coordination of retail operations, such as inventory management, stock replenishment, and customer service
- Handling various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document organisation
- Supporting the implementation of company policies and procedures to ensure efficient and compliant operations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to facilitate the smooth running of the business
What we're looking for
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or retail support roleStrong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approachProficiency in using SQL software, retail POS system and Microsoft Office - such as ExcelAttention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and dataFlexibility and adaptability to handle a diverse range of tasks and responsibilitiesWhat we offer
