Job Description
- Prepare and submit documents for new leasing, including instruction letters to lawyers, recalculating agreements if necessary, and photocopying documents.
- Draft lawyer’s reply and return signed Tenancy Agreements to the lawyer.
- Stamp, photocopy, and file Tenancy Agreements.
- Prepare renewal / extension letters for Tenancy Agreements, obtain tenant signatures, and send monthly Notice of Demand (NOD) letters.
- Access MRI to monitor tenant sales and tenancy details.
- Prepare closure letters for tenants once approved by management.
- Handle communication with tenants, contractors, and others, resolving conflicts and issues when necessary.
- Answer inquiries and follow up on outstanding payments from tenants.
- Organize and file tenant-related documents such as Letter of Offer, Tenancy Agreements, renewal agreements, NOD letters, closure letters, and sales turnover forms.
- Liaise with contractors regarding work permits and insurances.
- Collaborate with operations, marketing, and finance teams on tenant-related matters, including maintenance, promotions, or billing.
- Perform other duties as assigned by executives or management.

This position is based in Johor Bahru City Square Mall.
Job Requirements
Minimum Certificate in Marketing, Retailing, or equivalent.Proficiency in English; Mandarin speaking is highly advantageous.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.At least 2 years of experience in Retail Leasing, Property Management, or related fields; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.Additional Information
