Job Summary

The OneSource HR Services team is a shared services function providing HR and employee services to internal employees. The HR Representative is responsible for delivering high-touch HR support to internal customers, including HR contacts, employees, and managers. This role involves being the first point of contact for resolving inquiries via telephony, HR portal, or other channels, and processing employee lifecycle transactions from hire to retire.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee data in Oracle HRIS and ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes through Oracle HRIS to keep employee records up-to-date.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to movement, benefits, onboarding / offboarding, work visas, employment verification, etc.
  • Use tools like Case Management Platform and Five9 telephony system to respond and track requests.
  • Meet SLAs and provide data on service effectiveness.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing and HR process migration projects as needed.
  • Perform any ad hoc duties and projects.

Requirements

  • University degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in employee or customer service.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with good telephone manner.
  • Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Positive attitude, responsible, and committed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Experience with Oracle HR System, telephony, and case management tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Cantonese is essential.
