This role is key to aligning people strategies with business goals, ensuring smooth HR operations, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture. You'll be a trusted partner to leadership and a champion for our people.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Business Partnering
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR initiatives with business needs
- Support performance management, learning & development, and change management
- Provide strategic HR input for business transformation projects
2. Talent Acquisition & Development
Lead end-to-end recruitment to attract top talentDrive talent reviews, compensation planning, and performance cyclesIdentify learning needs and coordinate training programsCoach managers and employees on career development3. Employee Experience & Internal Communication
Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environmentPlan and execute employee engagement and communication initiativesOversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding4. Administration & Compliance
Manage office administration, facilities, and vendor coordinationEnsure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and internal HR policiesContinuously improve HR systems and operational processes5. Occupational Safety & Health (OSH)
Ensure adherence to OSH regulations and company safety standardsCoordinate safety audits, training, and reportingPromote a culture of health and safety6. HR Projects, Policies & Budget
Lead HR improvement initiatives and support group-level projectsMaintain and update the employee handbookManage the annual HR budget and monitor key HR metricsWhat We're Looking For
Education & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fieldExperience
6–8 years of HR experience, including recruitment and generalist rolesSkills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practicesExcellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skillsExperience in employee engagement and internal communicationsProficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office toolsSelf-motivated, organized, and adaptableWilling to travel to Kuala Lumpur monthly
