Responsibilities

  • Lead the full rollout of Wallaroo for Enterprise, ensuring customers see value fast.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the customer journey : manage success plans, run Monthly & Quarterly Business Reviews, and hunt for expansion opportunities.
  • Master the Wallaroo.AI product to give hands‑on technical advice and optimization tips.
  • Create and run adoption strategies (such as training) to ensure customers fully utilize and love the platform.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Engineering to keep customers happy and relay product feedback.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Customer Success, Project Management, or Professional services, with a track record of handling both short‑term projects and long‑term strategic relationships.
  • Ability to confidently explain complex technical topics to anyone.
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., Transformer, ONNX, PyTorch) and LLM frameworks (e.g., vLLM, SGLang) for AI deployment and inference.
  • Familiarity with major enterprise AI platforms (e.g., Databricks, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex, Arize AI, Baseten).
