Bank & Funding Relationships

• Supports Treasury Manager in maintaining relationship with regional banking partners, negotiating services, fees, and facilities.
• Works closely with other departments to obtain financial information such as project costs, financing costs, and capital requirements for loan application and review.
• Responsible for preparation and submission of documents for Know Your Customer (KYC) and loan application requirements.
• Assists in the negotiation of loan documentation by coordinating with lawyers and lenders to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Liaises with valuers to conduct land or asset valuations as required for the loan application and review process, ensuring accurate assessments are provided to support financing.
