Requirements

Hunting for talented & passionate Project Manager (Interior Design and Renovation) who are willing to learn and develop their skills with positive attitudes to join us.

  • Possess a Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of direct experience in managing interior design and renovation projects.
  • Exhibit proficiency in project management methodologies, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Possess a strong understanding of interior design principles, architectural concepts, and construction processes.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively manage project teams.
  • Exhibit strong scheduling and budgeting skills to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Must be willing to work on-site
  • With own transport

Responsibilities

  • Manage interior design and renovation projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams (designers, architects) and external stakeholders (contractors, suppliers, clients) to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and tender documents for renovation projects.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare regular financial reports for senior management.
  • Lead and mentor project teams, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations, provide project updates, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
