Responsibilities
- IB & Affiliate Acquisition – Proactively prospect, pitch, and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and high-net-worth (HNW) partners. Focus on generating revenue from B2B channels.
- Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, high-trust relationships with existing partners, serving as their dedicated contact to maximize their activity, loyalty, and overall trading volume.
- Performance Targets – Meet and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly targets for new partner sign-ups, deposits, and generated trading volume / revenue.
- Sales Process – Expertly negotiate commercial terms (commissions, rebates) and close partnership agreements. Be proficient in using CRM software to track progress and manage the sales pipeline.
- Market Engagement – Actively attend local industry events, seminars, and conferences (virtual and physical) to network, represent Decode Global, and secure new opportunities.
Qualifications
Minimum 1+ year of direct Business Development experience within the Forex / CFD industry. Demonstrable success in the IB / Affiliate acquisition model is essential.Strong technical understanding of CFD products, common trading platforms (MT4 / 5), and typical partnership structures and commission models.Native or near-native fluency in a local language is mandatory. High proficiency in English is required.Proven "hunter" mentality, exceptional communication, persuasive negotiation skills, and a strong network within the local trading community.Seniority Level
