QA Manager

We are a leading company in the Precision Engineering sector, specializing in the manufacture of high-precision components for industries such as Aerospace, Automotive, Medical Devices, etc. Known for our commitment to excellence, innovation, and reliability, we are now seeking a Quality Manager to lead our quality function and drive continuous improvement across all operations.

Role Overview

As the Quality Manager , you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet internal, customer, and regulatory quality standards. This role is critical in maintaining our reputation for high-quality precision components and involves oversight of our QMS, audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, ISO13485).
• Manage internal, external, and supplier quality audits and ensure compliance.
• Oversee in-process , final inspections , and first article approvals .
• Lead root cause analysis , issue corrective / preventive actions (CAPA) , and drive quality improvements.
• Monitor key quality metrics , analyze trends, and report to senior management.
• Manage and develop the Quality Team, including Inspectors and Technicians.
• Act as the primary liaison for customer and supplier quality issues .
• Ensure calibration of measurement tools and maintenance of inspection equipment.
• Promote a strong quality culture across the organization through training and leadership.
