Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated sales professional to drive growth in the solar / renewable energy sector. The ideal candidate will generate new business, manage client relationships, and guide customers through solutions that align with their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and on-site visits.
  • Present and promote renewable energy solutions, including solar and power systems, to potential clients.
  • Conduct assessments of customer sites to determine feasibility and requirements.
  • Oversee the complete sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and telesales teams to achieve targets.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory updates to inform strategy.
  • Identify and evaluate new market opportunities to support business growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field; preferred in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related disciplines.
  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within renewable energy or solar solutions.
  • Strong analytical, entrepreneurial, and self-starting mindset。
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; team-oriented approach.
