Job descriptionLead and grow the project sales team, including recruitment, training, and territory planning Drive market expansion into Penang and East Malaysia. Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and other key stakeholders Develop and implement annual sales strategies and initiatives Monitor team performance, set sales targets, and ensure execution of account plans Collaborate with internal departments to align product positioning and customer service excellence Conduct competitive market analysis and provide strategic sales insights to management Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline At least 5 years of proven leadership experience in sales, preferably in tiles, sanitaryware, or construction-related industries Strong exposure to project sales and developer engagement Willingness to travel regularly within Malaysia Excellent team management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
