Key Responsibilities
- Managing and growing Clarks social media communities on owned Facebook, Tik Tok and leverage on global IG to ensure consistent feature on SEA ANZ contents.
- ENERGISE our social channels with inspiring, entertaining and informative content, building relevance within each channel whilst staying true to the Clarks brand positioning.
- Activate a ‘Social first’ brand strategy, delivering INNOVATIVE PROGRAMS that drive follower growth and engagement in key channels; acting fast to ‘test & learn’ new initiatives that place us at the forefront of new developments within social and gaming.
- Build and nurture an engaged digital community, responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely, brand-right manner.
- Encouraging user-generated content and fostering a sense of belonging.
- Monitoring social media trends and identifying potential issues that could impact the brand.
- Collaborating with other teams (retail, VM, marketing) to develop content and strategies.
- Monitoring community engagement and growth using KPIs follower growth rate, and engagement rate.
- Social media guardian for SEA and ANZ pages, ensuring alignment in content calendars, tone of voice, and brand consistency across all platforms.
KOL & Creator Partnerships
ACTIVATE UGC & influencer content as a key pillar of Clarks social strategies. Develop clear KPI’s and metrics and optimise in real time to ensure continuous improvement and growth.Foster relationships with influencers, and TikTok creators to amplify organic reach.Work with creators to produce authentic, relevant content that speaks to our target audience and product benefits.Track performance of influencer collaborations and ensure alignment with campaign KPIs.TikTok Live & Social Commerce
In collaboration with E-commerce Director, develop and grow a dedicated TikTok Live community – management and coordinating livestreamPartner with internal teams and talent to ensure livestreams are entertaining, brand-right, and commerce-focused.Monitor social conversations, trends, and competitor activity to proactively identify content opportunities or potential risksShare regular insights and recommendations with the wider team to keep Clarks culturally relevant and community-firstQualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.Exceptional written communication skills; including firm grasp of English grammarMinimum 3 to 5 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital community management (retail / fashion / footwear background preferred)Proven experience of copy writing for social channel with strong written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for tone, trends, and detailIn depth knowledge of social media trends, concepts, best practices, and analyticsOrganizational, Project Management, and Customer Relationship skillsAbility to juggle multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentExperience in managing TikTok and driving engagement or commerce through livestreaming will be an advantage.Understanding of SEO best practices and analytics and advantage (not essential)Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia #J-18808-Ljbffr
