Overview

SCI CABINET INDUSTRY SDN BHD is seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. As an Interior Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the aesthetic and functional design of residential and commercial spaces. This full-time position is based in Subang Jaya, Selangor, offering a competitive salary and exciting opportunities for professional development.

What you\'ll be doing

Collaborating closely with clients to understand their design needs and preferences
Conceptualising and producing innovative interior design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and practicality
Preparing detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings
Selecting and sourcing appropriate materials, furniture, and fixtures to bring designs to life
Overseeing the installation and implementation of design projects
Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive client relationships

What we\'re looking for

Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design or a related field

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a similar interior design role

Strong technical skills in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite

Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities

A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating visually stunning, functional spaces

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members

Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, materials, and building regulations
