About the Role

Were hiring a hands-on, detail-oriented, and data-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead the execution and optimization of paid media campaigns across eCommerce and digital channels.

You’ll be responsible for campaign setup, performance tracking, and continuous improvement across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Facebook, and Google, ensuring KPIs are met through strategic planning and real-time optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience leading teams or driving performance strategy.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable working with large datasets.

Effective communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.

Self-motivated and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Fluent in English (written & spoken); additional languages are a plus.
