Job Requirements :
- Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Law or related fields.
- Previous experience in administrative roles, particularly involving compliance processes, is an advantage.
- Familiarity with LHDN online stamping system and Malaysian stamp duty regulations is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external authorities.
Job Responsibilities :
Submit agreements and documents for stamping through the LHDN online stamping system.Liaise with the Finance team to arrange timely payment of stamping duty.Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date stamping register for all documents.Act as the main point of contact and liaison with LHDN officers on any stamping-related issues or clarifications.Ensure accurate calculation of stamp duty for all relevant documents in compliance with Malaysian tax laws.Track and monitor the status of document stamping to ensure compliance with statutory deadlines.Ensure that the correct stamp duty amount is paid for each document.Provide regular updates to the management team regarding the status of document stamping and compliance.Job Types : Contract, Temporary, Freelance
