    • The ideal candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, TESOL, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • A recognized teaching qualification, such as a PGCE, QTS, or equivalent.
  • TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification is essential (or equivalent ESL / EAL teaching qualification).
  • Deliver high-quality EAL instruction and support for students at both Primary and Secondary levels.
  • Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an international school or with English as an Additional Language (EAL) students.
  • Experience with international curricula such as IB, Cambridge, or IPC is an advantage.
  • Utilize effective teaching strategies to promote language acquisition and literacy skills.
