About the Role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Account Strategist to join our growing team. This role will support the management of key brand accounts, contribute to impactful marketing pitches, and assist in running influencer marketing campaigns.
The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, eager to learn, and familiar with social media platforms—particularly Xiaohongshu (XHS) . You will work closely with senior team members to shape campaign strategies, build strong client relationships, and ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing
- Assist in identifying, sourcing, and coordinating with influencers / KOLs across various tiers (celebrities, niche experts, KOLs, KOCs).
- Support campaign planning and execution to meet KPIs and deliver results.
- Help prepare briefs, manage communication, and track campaign timelines.
