The Administrative Accountant is responsible for managing both core accounting responsibilities and administrative tasks to support efficient office operations. This role involves handling bookkeeping, preparing financial reports, and overseeing office operations to ensure smooth daily functionality. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organised, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key tasks
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial statements
- Maintain cashflow management by tracking company’s liquidity
- Assist with budget preparation and financial reporting
- Assist with payroll processing and related documentation
- Handle office administration duties like expenses and company paperwork
- Coordinate and organise company’s administrative paperwork and procedures
- Ensure all financial and administrative documents are properly stored, maintained, and easily accessible
- Help ensure the company’s financial activities comply with accounting standards and regulations.
Knowledge & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldProven experience in accounting and administrative roles between 1 – 3 yearsStrong organisational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and high level of accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFluency in English is requiredStrong computer skills with the ability to use accounting software seamlessly.Our Offer
