Job Description
Sales & Business Development
- Promote the centre’s medical and healthcare services to corporate clients, insurance panels, GPs, and referring doctors.
- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders (corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, clinics, embassies, etc.).
- Identify new business opportunities to increase patient referrals and revenue.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and agreements for corporate clients.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback for strategy development.
Marketing & Branding
Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote the centre’s services and consultants.Manage social media platforms, website updates, and digital marketing initiatives.Organize health talks, medical camps, and patient engagement events.Prepare marketing collaterals (brochures, posters, presentations) in line with brand guidelines.Support in PR, media relations, and community outreach programs.Administrative & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client database, and marketing performance.Provide weekly / monthly sales and marketing reports to management.Work closely with consultants, nurses, and operations team to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities.Assist in budgeting and cost control for marketing activities.What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven track record of success in a sales and marketing management role within the healthcare or medical services industry.Good knowledge of the healthcare market and referral networks.Demonstrated ability to manage teams and achieve business goals.Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies.Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team of sales and marketing professionals.#J-18808-Ljbffr
