Overview
We are looking for a talented candidate to undertake :
- Act as a leader, and responsible as a 2nd key person of the store.
- Support Area Manager or Store Manager in daily operation and work under their direction.
- Execute the Game Plan set by Area Manager or Store Manager, by setting up hourly and daily sales goals.
- Provide training and customer service standard in store.
- Provide orientation for new retail staff.
- Ensure housekeeping is completed every day.
- Ensure cash float, sales collection and monetary related amount are calculated accurately, stored carefully and bank in accordingly.
- Work closely with Area Manager or Store Manager on store operations, manpower issue and provide improvement solutions if any, and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure outlet appearance is clean, presentable and all merchandise display follow Visual Merchandising guidelines.
- Monitor stock movement and merchandise level in storeroom.
- Plan and prepare monthly duty roster of retail team members under payroll cost and ensure attendances are met.
- Accountable for Loss Prevention & Security including CCTV, inventory and spot checking.
- Prepare relative reports to Area Manager / Store Manager monthly.
- Perform stock take activity for stores and responsible for stock loss occurred in store.
- Assist team with any other projects on an as needed basis.
- Perform any ad-hoc action assigned by the Management.
- Be resourceful in terms of capturing sales opportunities.
- Ensure retail team members follow SOP as per according to Management and Retail Operations Department.

Candidate must possess at least a SPM, preferable Professional Certificate / Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in any field.

Qualifications
Senior Secondary Diploma / Certificate or higher; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.At least 3-4 years of related retail store experience.Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken).Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow SOPs.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Note
