Job description

Join Analog Devices to manage urgent shipments, support fab resiliency, and coordinate packing and shipping in a dynamic semiconductor environment.

Your role

Here’s what you will be doing :

  • Handle urgent shipments involving planners, dispatchers, and engineers (BU, R&D, Assembly, Chute Yield, PE)
  • Support Fab resiliency projects and coordination with ADTH & ADGT
  • Manage packing and shipping for Corr wafer and Penang Assembly requests
  • Resolve AOI issues, expedite AOI lots as needed
  • Arrange packing materials, including recycled boats
  • Submit and manage e-Requests for material or process needs
  • Handle incoming and outgoing shipment issues
  • Scrap and terminate lots when required
  • Plan and coordinate overtime for Diebank and AOI operations
  • Support Weekly & Quarterly CCA reporting
  • Process and follow up on Engineering Change Notice (ECN) requests

About you

The company is looking for :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field
  • Preferably 1 year working experience in a high volume semiconductor environment; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Exposure to Trim and Probe / wafer sort or Final test is an advantage
  • Willingness to support operations in a dynamic 24 / 7 environment when required
  • Ability to work with all levels of people with good English written and communication skills
  • For positions requiring access to technical data, applicants (except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals) may need to undergo export licensing review
