Project Management Office (PMO) - On Contract

Join the Malaysia team as PMO on contract; you will support the daily operation of the project management through administrative coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Your tasks and responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation, compilation, organization and submission of project related documentation to internal and external suppliers and authorities.
  • Support the Project Manager in coordinating with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Maintain up-to-date and systematic filing for all project documents, both hardcopy and electronic records.
  • Assist and coordinate with project managers to gather data for reports, schedules, drawings, testing and commissioning documentation.
  • Ensure all project documentation adheres to company policies, quality standards and client contract requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between internal stakeholders, subcontractors, clients and regulatory bodies.
  • Perform any other administrative tasks as assigned to support the project management team.

Your qualifications and experience

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Industry-specific experience in similar project administration or project coordination within healthcare or construction is an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates with strong proficiency in the needed skills are encouraged to apply

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and prioritize to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and follow-up skills
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Team player and able to work independently
  • Proficient in document management; strong problem-solving and critical thinking
