Requirements

  • Preferable Mandarin speaking candidate
  • Female candidate preferred (to align with team requirements).
  • Minimum diploma / degree qualification (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Own vehicle with a valid driver’s license (essential for mobility).
  • Familiar with social media posting tools and platforms.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin / Cantonese.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to learn!

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director in daily administrative tasks.
  • Assist with social media postings on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the team.
  • Support in coordinating meetings and preparing necessary documents.
  • Create and schedule engaging content to support the company’s marketing goals.
