Job Responsibilities

Responsible of Responsible Business Alliance (RBA, formerly known as EICC) Compliance and Audit. To ensure the company Compliance and meet the RBA Audit requirements. Handling of recruitment ( Indirect staff & Direct Labor) Handling of employee welfare. Overseeing foreign worker permit, passport and accommodation. Responsible to audit the company 5'S Other task assigned by superior. Job Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management or equivalent. Required language(s) : English At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Participate in external audit (Customer audit, RBA, ISO audit & etc.) Fresh Graduate are encouraged to apply.
