Job description

Key Responsibilities :

Livestream Hosting & Content – Run live sessions (TikTok, Shopee, IG), prep scripts / product highlights, and report on performance.
Customer Engagement & Service – Manage chat responses, resolve pre / post-sales inquiries, and compile FAQs for internal use.
Store Operations & Product Management – Maintain listings, set up campaigns / vouchers, and monitor seller centre dashboards.
Affiliate & Influencer Support – Assist in onboarding, product seeding, content tracking, and maintaining affiliate communications.
Data & Reporting – Prepare weekly sales, service, and campaign reports to support decision-making.

Requirements :

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Comm, Business, or relevant field

1–2 years of experience in eCommerce, live selling, or customer service preferred. However, fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.

Confident on camera with clear articulation and approachable energy

Familiar with Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and basic Seller Centre functions

Strong written and verbal communication (BM, English; Mandarin is a plus
