We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth in our recruitment services. Responsibilities

  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities : Research and target potential clients in various industries to expand our recruitment services.
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships : Establish strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Develop Sales Strategies : Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase market presence.
  • Conduct Market Research : Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment Team : Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between client needs and service delivery.
  • Prepare Proposals and Presentations : Develop compelling proposals and presentations to pitch to potential clients.
  • Track and Report on Sales Metrics : Monitor progress against goals and provide regular reports to management on business development activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment services (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment industry and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite / MacBook.
