INITIA Group SG is looking for a Project Manager – Wellness & F&B (Malaysia)

Job Level : Managerial

Salary Range : RM 7,000 – RM 10,000 / month

Work Schedule : 5 / 6 Days Work Week / Shifting Hours

Department : Wellness & F&B Brands

Location : THE Exchange TRX, KLGCC, Ascott KL, Mont Kiara

Overview :

INITIA Group SG is seeking a forward-thinking and highly organized Project Manager to spearhead the growth and execution of new business ventures in both our Wellness and F&B brands in Malaysia. This is a strategic leadership role combining elements of project management, marketing, operations, and brand development . The ideal candidate will play a vital role in shaping new concepts, managing timelines and resources, and coordinating across departments to bring ideas to life—from ideation to successful launch. Job Specifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project coordination / management, ideally in the hospitality, F&B, or wellness industry .
  • Proven track record of handling new business openings, renovations, or concept development.
  • Strong planning, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with a solution-driven mindset.
  • Proficient in managing multiple stakeholders and aligning diverse teams.
  • Ability to converse in Mandarin or Korean is an advantage (to cater to a diverse clientele and teams)

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project execution for new F&B and wellness business concepts—including renovations, branding, licensing, and market entry.
  • Act as a central liaison between key departments, outlet managers, and external vendors to ensure seamless coordination and timely project delivery.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support idea generation and business planning.
  • Provide recommendations on concept positioning, brand identity, and pre-launch marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance, licensing applications, permits, and renovations in collaboration with internal teams and authorities.
  • Track and manage project budgets, timelines, and risks.
  • Support cross-functional teams in driving promotional and activation plans leading to business openings.
  • Serve as a resource person for all ongoing and future initiatives—wellness or F&B—ensuring alignment with company goals.

    • Key Deliverables

  • Propose and execute at least 1–2 new wellness / F&B concepts yearly.
  • Ensure smooth coordination across departments and on-time, on-budget project launches.
  • Submit monthly updates on project milestones , licensing status , and operational readiness .
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation on licenses, permits, and renovation plans .
  • Act as primary point-of-contact for all pre-launch and post-launch project needs.
