Skills and Experience

• Subject Expertise : Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 1-3 and IGCSE Mandarin curriculum, with the ability to teach engaging lessons covering listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
• Student-Centered Teaching : Ability to personalize lessons to meet the developmental needs of students transitioning from Key Stage 2 and progressing toward Key Stage 4.
• Effective Assessment : Proficient in a variety of assessment methods to monitor student progress and inform instructional planning.
• Cross-Disciplinary Understanding : Awareness of how Mandarin integrates with other subject areas and supports broader academic development.
• Engagement Strategies : Skills to foster curiosity, collaboration, and independent thinking in young learners.
