TETRA Software Engineering Team - Developing Tetra radios for communications and public safety solutions.

Job Description

Responsible for contributing as an individual engineer on implementing new features or enhancing existing features for the product. Participate in all aspects of the product development process including requirement definition, design, implementation and testing. Analyze software requirements to determine feasibility of design within quality assurance, time and cost constraints. Coordinate and participate in software design and code reviews. Create and execute unit, integration and system tests. Collaborate with front-end and test teams to ensure the best solution is in place to promote successful feature deployment. Work in a multi-site, global development environment with intra- and inter-group collaboration. Meet project deliverables and timeline requirements in a dynamic environment. Adhere to the team\'s performance and quality metrics. Collect and analyze data affecting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Develop intellectual property for the company. Contribute to the improvement of existing software development processes.

Basic Requirements

Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Engineering / Computer Science / Electrical / Electronic / Telecommunications or related fields. Open to fresh graduates with no prior permanent employment upon graduation. Graduate with minimum CGPA of 3.00 or 2nd class upper. Year of graduation : 2020 / 2021. Willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.
