We’re a growing FMCG company bringing international brands into Malaysia — and we’re looking for a creative, driven Brand Executive to join our marketing team. If you love beauty, thrive on spotting trends, and want to be hands-on in building brands, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing day-to-day brand activities across categories.
  • Support brand campaigns and product launches from concept to execution.
  • Coordinate digital, social media, influencer, and trade marketing initiatives.
  • Work with creative teams / agencies to deliver engaging content.
  • Help monitor brand performance, competitor moves, and consumer insights to spot opportunities.
  • Ensure brand identity and messaging stay consistent across all touchpoints.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently.
  • Positive “can-do” attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills; able to collaborate with different stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and creative problem-solver.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Some experience in brand or marketing roles (internships or 1–2 years; beauty / FMCG a plus).
  • Strong coordination and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for detail and trends.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
  • Passion for health & beauty and willingness to grow in brand management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
