Job descriptionDiploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, sales, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience in Sales or customer relationship management is beneficial. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, SEO, and social media platforms. Self-motivated with strong communication and negotiation skills. Possess a valid driving license and access to own transport (car / motorcycle).
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute effective digital marketing campaigns for both businesses.
- Manage social media (Instagram, Facebook, Linked, Whatsapp) to engage with potential customers.
- Manage e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada and others to promote products and services.
- Create engaging content for websites, social media channels, and email campaigns.
- Generate leads and close sales through online and offline channels.
- Assist the sales team with customer outreach, follow-ups, and relationship building.
- Work to meet and exceed sales Targets. Monitor sales performance and suggest strategies to increase revenue.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and sales.
- Respond to customer RFQs on a timely basis and seek feedback.
