Job descriptionCreate dielines, packaging artwork, and mock-ups for new launches and redesigns. Collaborate with the Creative department to develop cohesive visual branding and ensure packaging designs are production-ready. Integrate insights from trend research into packaging proposals to ensure innovation and market relevance. Minimum Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Packaging Technology, Industrial / Graphic Design, Material Science, Engineering or any related field. 2-4 years of experience in cosmetic packaging development / design. Familiarity with packaging production processes, materials (glass, plastic, PCR, etc.), and their application in skincare cosmetics. Understanding of mechanical aspects such as dispensing systems, seals, and closures. Capable of selecting suitable packaging volume and material according to the texture and consistency of different skincare products (e.g., gel, cream, lotion, balm), while considering consumer usage behaviour. Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & CAD (e.g., SolidWorks, ArtiosCAD). Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cross-functional projects.

Love skincare and have a flair for functional yet stunning packaging? We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer at The Raw International to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative, eye-catching packaging that aligns with our brand vision and enhances product appeal. If you have a passion for design, a strong sense of aesthetics, and a keen understanding of the beauty industry, we'd love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities :
Packaging Development :
Source, evaluate, and qualify skincare and cosmetic packaging materials and components (jars, tubes, pumps, droppers, etc.).
- Ensure packaging functionality, compatibility with formulations, and compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
- Liaise with suppliers and OEM partners to manage packaging development timelines, sampling, and specifications.
Conduct material and fit-for-use testing, and coordinate packaging trials for new product launches.
Packaging Design :
Lead packaging design ideation, including structural innovation and aesthetic execution in line with brand and market trends.
Ensure packaging designs are retail-ready, optimized for shelf visibility and consumer appeal.
Trend Research & Innovation :
Stay updated on global packaging trends, new materials, sustainable solutions, and consumer preferences in the beauty and personal care market.
