Job description

Swerve Designs Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated and experienced Design Sales professional to join our team in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a Design Sales representative, you will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative design products and services to a diverse client base. This is a full‑time position that offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development within our dynamic organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your designated territory.
  • Effectively present and demonstrate our design products and services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and secure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to stay up‑to‑date on the latest product and service offerings.
  • Participate in trade shows, networking events, and other marketing activities to promote the Swerve Designs brand.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the design industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present and sell to clients.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a demonstrated ability to overcome objections and secure sales.
  • Thorough understanding of design trends, products, and services, and the ability to translate technical information into compelling value propositions.
  • Problem‑solving skills and a customer‑centric mindset to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
