Job Overview
To drive local student recruitment through school engagement, education fair participation, and effective lead handling. This role also supports international enrolment activities when required.
Key Responsibilitie
- To execute national marketing and enrolment strategies and plans.
- To achieve students enrolment targets as assigned.
- Manage school relationships and ensure timely outreach, updates, and visit coordination.
- Conduct student and parent consultations via face-to-face meetings, phone calls, and online platforms.
- Guide students through the application and enrolment process, including documentation.
- Participate in roadshows, education fairs, school events, and campus open days.
- Track local leads, follow up on inquiries, and report on conversion and campaign performance.
- Assist in execution of outreach strategies and contribute to student enrolment growth through B40 and M40 market reach.
- Support the line manager in strategy execution, data reporting, lead tracking, and other assigned duties.
Skills and Experiences
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.Experience in student recruitment, education marketing, or sales preferred.Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa MalaysiaPossess own transport. Willing to travel locally and work flexible hours (e.g., school events, weekends).Proactive, people-oriented, and goal-driven.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
