Malaysia - Regional Liner Operations Executive

We have an exciting job opportunity for a Regional Liner Operation Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing port call planning activities, which include :

o Sending arrival notices.

o Providing port information to vessels.

o Coordinating with vessel masters on port programs.

o Creating proformas.

o Liaising with vendors for service delivery.

o Managing prefunding requests and follow-ups.

• Input critical operational data accurately into systems post-departure.
• Ensure consistency, security, and accessibility of operational data.
• Coordinate with business partners, including terminals, customers, and vessels, to obtain and

disseminate operational information.
