Overview

Working Hours : Full Time, Rotating Shift, 6 off days per month

Salary Package : RM 3,000-5,000

Responsibilities

  • Identify and handle customer inquiries till completion, ensuring highest accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Possess strong ownership and responsibility to complete assigned tasks within the timeline.
  • Ensure the data is accurate and reported timely to the superiors for KPI reporting.

Job Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
