Responsible for providing administrative support and handling all incoming housekeeping requests. This includes recording and dispatching tasks to the housekeeping team, maintaining records, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth communication between departments to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Answer and log housekeeping calls and requests.
  • Coordinate task assignments with housekeeping staff.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily activities, inventory, and staff attendance.
  • Prepare reports and assist with scheduling.
  • Support general administrative tasks within the department.
