Responsibilities

• Responsible for the preliminary legal background and compliance investigation of overseas EPC projects, and in-depth investigation of sanctions and obstacles related to project promotion.
• Responsible for the drafting, review, risk prevention and control of EPC contracts related to the whole stage of the engineering industry of the Group, focusing on participating in the negotiation and key clause review of major contracts such as project contracting, equipment procurement and construction agreements.
• Responsible for legal argumentation of major business decisions of EPC projects, providing legal opinions and suggestions.
• Handle the legal affairs of trade, labor, taxation involved in business, coordinate with external resources to safeguard the company's rights or interests and provide special legal support for overseas projects.
• Track the development of domestic and foreign legislation and regulations in the industry, and provide legal support for the Group's strategic decisions.
• Promote the establishment of overseas subsidiaries by combining external resources for service projects.
• Specific legal issues concerning the handling of foreign-related litigation disputes. Provide legal affairs support, text preparation, evidence collation and docking with local law firms for all kinds of litigation disputes occurring in the company and assist in appearing in court.
