The Role
We are seeking a highly imaginative and strategic Senior Creative Designer to conceptualize and create impactful visual experiences. This role goes beyond graphic execution—you will shape ideas, develop design concepts, and bring bold creative visions to life across digital and print platforms. You will collaborate closely with business, design, marketing and product teams to craft work that is not only visually stunning but also deeply aligned with business and brand objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept Development : Generate original creative concepts, themes, and design directions for campaigns, brand initiatives, and projects.
- Creative Strategy : Translate business and marketing objectives into strong creative strategies and design outcomes.
- Design Execution : Deliver high-quality visuals across digital, print, social, and experiential platforms while maintaining brand consistency and innovation.
- Brand Stewardship : Elevate and evolve brand identity by pushing creative boundaries while ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
- Trend Awareness : Stay ahead of design, cultural, and technology trends, and apply them meaningfully to projects.
- Collaboration : Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and content) to ensure creative concepts support storytelling and engagement.
Ideal Profile
Requirements
Experience : 8+ years of professional design experience, ideally in creative / branding agencies or in-house creative teams.Portfolio : A strong portfolio demonstrating concept-driven design, storytelling, and versatility across mediums.Skills : Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and / or Figma. Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills. Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design (bonus).Mindset : Highly creative thinker with the ability to translate abstract ideas into impactful visuals. Detail-oriented with excellent execution skills.Strong communicator who can present and articulate creative ideas effectively.
