Senior IT Engineer

Overview

Human Resources Executive Cum Administration | Operations, Business Administration Responsibilities

Design, plan, and implement IT infrastructure, including HCI, networks, servers, and storage. Ensure IT systems and services comply with SLAs and established operational standards. Manage the company’s network (LAN / WAN, VPN, firewall, wireless, SD-WAN) and communication systems (Cisco CMS, Telepresence, Webex). Lead IT security initiatives, including threat monitoring, vulnerability management, disaster recovery (DR), and business continuity (BC). Oversee technical projects such as data center migration, HCI deployment, and enterprise system integration. Mentor junior IT team members and ensure effective knowledge transfer. Act as a technical advisor to management on IT strategy. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 6–10 years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role. Proven experience in designing and architecting IT infrastructure, including HCI, data center virtualization, networking, and storage. Hands-on experience with SLA management, ITIL framework, and IT operations. Strong background in Cisco technologies (routing, switching, firewall, collaboration tools such as CMS). Experience with teleconferencing systems (e.g., Cisco CMS, Webex, Zoom, Microsoft Teams). Familiarity with enterprise solution products such as H3C and Huawei. Exposure to cloud service integration (AWS, Azure, GCP) and automation tools. Added advantages

Professional certifications such as CCNP / CCIE, VMware VCP, Nutanix / VMware HCI, ITIL, or CISSP. Experience with DevOps / Infrastructure as Code (Ansible, Terraform). Hands-on experience with H3C / Huawei technologies in large-scale enterprise environments. Strong understanding of data center solutions and environments.
