Regional Human Resources Business Partner @ Depend Electronics | HR Strategy, Employee Engagement

Depend is a hybrid electronics component distributor committed to providing comprehensive electronic components supply chain solutions for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), Electronic Manufacturer Service (EMS) providers and Design Houses. Established in 2012, the company has approximately 150 employees across six facilities located in Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Brazil, Singapore, Japan and South Korea.

Senior Sales Account Manager – Penang, Malaysia

Experienced Sales Account Manager with at least 2 years of experience trading electronic components (from brokers or distributors).

What You’ll Do :

Seek out potential and new customers who are OEMs, EMS, CEMs, and end‑user customers to achieve sales targets.

Reach out and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers through various channels, including but not limited to cold calling, proposal emails, and in‑person meetings.

Process the sales orders to meet customers’ requirement, for example, Spot‑buy, lead time buy (bulk production order) and Excess Material resales.

Oversee the complete sales process, including RFQs, quotations, order processing, and fulfillment, to consistently meet customer expectations.

Collaborate closely with internal teams, including procurement, QA and QC, logistics and warehouse, and finance, to ensure a seamless and efficient sales process for our customers.

Requirements :

Minimum Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or related field

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a related industry, specifically in electronics components trading

SAP proficiency is a plus

A high‑energy and persistent approach to sales with a strong drive for success

Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills

Seniority level : Mid‑Senior level
