- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
- Must have own transport.
- May require to transfer to different location for several projects within Selangor / KL Area.
- Valid CIDB License.
- Aggressive and fast learner.
- Good attitude and responsible character.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Computer literate and numerate.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
