Job Summary
As a member of the IT Service Continuity, it is essential to ensure that the backup site is operational and ready to be utilized in the event of unforeseen circumstances within the organization. This includes coordinating IT Disaster Recovery events, conducting company-wide call tree exercises, and collaborating with various teams and stakeholders.
General Responsibilities
Event Coordination :
- Learn the role of a floor manager on the event of IT Disaster Recovery Drill, Call Tree and Tabletop Exercise.
- Learn about on-site and off-site coordination, handling logistics and ensure smooth event operations.
- Gain experience in planning and organizing events from conception to execution.
